Building Social Justice Into Brand Strategy

Brands Hold The
Power Of Change

Hi, We’re Brand By Me. We help organisations embed equity, anti-racism and anti-oppression into the heart of their brands.

We believe the incredible influence brands have over people comes with responsibility, so we collaborate with socially conscious organisations to develop brand strategy that helps create a more equitable world.

“Messages about anti-racism and anti-oppression can be delivered in a way that makes people step back. Brand By Me deliver them in a way that makes people step forward.”
Kevin Kumar, Associate Director Fundraising and Supporter Development, King’s College London

We help brands understand how to acknowledge and address inequity through consultancy, training and research.

If you need support actioning your anti-racism training or figuring out where to start, we can help.

“Working with Brand By Me was really collaborative. They make sure everyone understands where we are, what the problems are and how we're going to overcome them. By the time we came to the end of the project, people were already starting to use some of the new terminology because they'd been involved with the creation of it.”

Christina Cadore

Head of Communications, Amnesty International UK

“Brand By Me were professional, timely and thought provoking. I always felt they struck a great balance between the members of the steering group and the banks’ team. As a Black woman, Collette was also able to add her points without losing the impartiality her role in this initiative demanded. I loved their creativity, sunny approach and strength.”

Louise Robinson

Head of Breakthrough, Santander

“I can't rate Brand By Me highly enough. They made what could have been a very difficult process incredibly easy. I'm not saying it's not hard work, but the process has given us a confidence. We would never say we're an antiracist organisation but we're more confident saying we're on our journey, and we know it's a long-term process.”

External Relations Director, Young Scot
