We do a thorough AUDIT so we understand your specific challenges.  We will speak to your key stakeholders, partners and audiences (both inside and external to the organisation) and we will also look at trends and your wider sector.  We usually report back our findings at the end of this

We EXPLORE the challenges and the opportunities with you – we love workshops and co-creation and strongly believe that the best ideas come from internal insight and external inspiration.

We EMBED ideas into tangible action – so that we provide you with the tools, frameworks and simple resources you need to make the thinking stick!

We EVALUATE progress and impact.  We don’t believe in one-off interventions – we want the work to have a positive and long-term impact, so we help you understand how to measure your impact and hold yourselves accountable for progress.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you’re looking for! However, as a guide, our consultancy packages range from £15k-£100k, from a quick audit to full scale exploration, depending on the size of your organisation and the complexity of the challenge.  We also work on a retainer basis, particularly on equity, and anti-oppression work, where it is not about a specific project, but embedding long term change.
